Which therapist in Greenville, SC should I schedule to see?
All of our therapists have:

And have years of experience.
All clinicians at our therapy practice work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and navigating life transitions.
What if I don’t click with my therapist?
Our therapists make every effort to connect with their clients. But, if this happens, we will make every effort to schedule you to see a different therapist in our practice. Or, refer you outside of our practice if needed.
What happens if I need to stop counseling for a season and want to come back?
We are always happy to see our existing clients who have taken a break from counseling. Often clients will be in a good place and feel they have completed their current goal for therapy. Often, they may want to schedule a check-in appointment or even a few sessions to work on a specific concern. Sometimes due to issues outside of a client’s control, they may need to stop counseling for a season. But, they will always welcome the client back to our practice and make every effort to get them scheduled.

What should I expect during counseling?
What is the first appointment like?
The first appointment is a time to meet your therapist and begin to share why you are wanting to start counseling. We ask for all paperwork to be completed prior to the first session. By doing so, you can get started with your therapist in the first session.
How often will I get to see my therapist?
How often you see your therapist depends on your needs in counseling. Some clients come weekly and others every other week.
What will we work on during my sessions?
Each client will be working on their own specific needs. During counseling, you will have time to reflect and share how things are going. Then, you can work on your needs for healing and moving forward.
How will I know when I am done with counseling?
How long each client stays in counseling is unique to them. For some, it may be months. But, for others, it could be years. When you feel that you have the tools to successfully manage your life and are moving forward then that is a good time to discuss with your therapist about completing your therapy.
